Any suggestions for a budget Tesla fridge?

My girlfriend and I love camping and I’m toying with the idea of getting a fridge that fits in my Tesla 3. I stumbled upon this Acopower Tesfridge that's made for Teslas, but it's kinda pricey. Anyone know of a cheaper option? Also, will having a fridge drain my battery over time?
