Here's the (careful) DIY. Got that car and itching for some Boombox action. I resolved the retrofit myself and here's what I learned, disclaimer: do this at your own risk! Double-check you have the right wiring and speaker grille under the front bumper first. Then, if you're comfortable tinkering, you'll need a speaker, screws, a pigtail connector, and some extra wire. Tesla service might even help with the final configuration change. Good luck!
