How to file a warranty claim with Tesla?

Hey guys, I want to file a warranty claim with Tesla because my mobile charging connector on the Model 3 charges slower than the speed of a snail, and the T light is not lightning. I need your help because I don't know how to do it. Thanks!

You can do that via the Tesla app.

• Go to the 'Service' section.
• Click on 'Request Service' below your car's image.
• Under 'Support Topics,' select 'Battery & Charging.'
• Choose 'Mobile Connector.'
• Fill out the required info
