Spacer size for 19x8.5 ET40 wheels on lowered MYP

Looking to get the perfect fitment after lowering my MYP 0.7 inches, and thinking wheel spacers might be the answer for my 19x8.5 ET40 wheels. Any recommendations on spacer width from the stance experts out there? Also, if anyone's got experience with spacers on a lowered MYP, would love to know how you did it.

Can you share some pics of your lowered MYP? I'm considering having mine lowered as well.
