Tesla Model 3 acting weird after maintenance service

My Model 3 is acting weird after a maintenance service. The windows aren't working right and it's hard to charge. Has anyone else had this problem?

My girlfriend has an early Model 3, and while it's required some service visits, it hasn't been as bad as she initially feared. Most of the issues she's encountered have been addressed with updated parts, and she doesn't anticipate needing repairs for those specific problems again. Even if her car were out of warranty, the repair costs would have been reasonable.
