I took my Tesla Model 3 to the Silver Spring Service Center for a tire service. The place was cool, but it was a pain to drop off the car on a weekend. Plus, they left my car unlocked a few times.

Turns out my tires were worn because the alignment was off. They fixed it, but it was kinda pricey.

Overall, the service center was good, but it was a hassle. I'll definitely check my car's alignment more often.

Sounds like a mixed experience! At least they got that alignment sorted out - phew! Just a solid reminder to keep an eye on that stuff so you're not hit with any surprise costs down the road.

When you say pricey, like how much is that? I am asking because my wife's car is approaching the 10k mark soon and an idea of what I should expect would be helpful. Thanks!

Looks like they could use a little work on their service game! If it were me, I’d totally check out somewhere more convenient and secure for the car. At least the alignment’s all good now, though!
