Hello everyone! I have dealt with this issue in the last few years on my Model 3. Actually, only in winter. I hear a clunk from the front suspension when I turn the wheel fully to the left or right. Is this normal? Has anyone else experienced something similar with their Model 3? If yes, what is the cause and how did you get rid of it? Thanks1

Does it happen when outside is extremely cold enough for water to freeze? If yes, then you might have some water in the ball joint at the front upper control arm that freezes.

This might be a good time to check your suspension bolts and ensure everything is properly tightened. Cold weather can make existing minor issues more noticeable. Also, consider spraying a bit of silicone lubricant on the suspension bushings, it helped in my case by reducing the stiffness and quieting the noise during winter. Just make sure to avoid overdoing it or hitting other components.

I will pay attention on that once the weather is favorable for water to freeze. I appreciate it, and I will come with an update.
