So I’m out and about a lot at night and want to boost my visibility. Thinking of throwing in some emergency lights on my M3. Anyone here done this? I’m all about that easy setup. Appreciate any tips! TIA.

For night visibility, consider a rechargeable emergency light bar. I have a battery-powered one that I throw on the roof when needed, it’s super bright and mounts with suction cups, so no wiring or drilling required. It’s a great option for those who want versatility without committing to a permanent setup. Plus, you can use it for other purposes like camping or roadside emergencies.

You could build a device to hack the CANbus and flash the lights for a cool, integrated look, but be aware that flashing lights might actually cause confusion and hinder your progress in traffic.

My lighting setup is super simple and straightforward, one light up front and one in the back. Both running off a basic 12v cigarette plug. No fluff, just practical lighting that gets the job done!
