My Model 3's HVAC is acting up and the culprit might be the powered trunk retrofit! After months of working perfectly, the HVAC started having problems and the service center says it's because of some software glitch.

They want to disconnect the trunk wiring until Tesla releases a fix, but I paid a fortune for this thing! Has anyone else experienced this HVAC issues? And what about that battery drain issue?

I've been dealing with this problem for two months now. Tesla has replaced the control arm several times, but the problem's still there. I specifically mentioned the trunk retrofit as a possible cause, but it appears that they haven't considered it. I'd really like to get to the bottom of this issue. Is there someone I can speak with about exploring other options?
